4 Minute Leg Workout To Burn Fat! Tabata Style Interval For Lean Legs

This leg workout will leave you feeling the burn no matter what your fitness level! Start out pacing yourself and then start to push yourself harder over a couple of weeks as you build strength. **Jump Squat Modification = body weight squat (feet wider than hip distance, toe at a slight angle, sit your hips back while keeping your chest broad – keep a flat back as you sink down, then squeeze your legs and glutes to get you back up.) **High Fence Lunge modification = toe tap/ chair for balance (start with your feet hip distance apart. Balancing on one of your legs, step forward with your other foot – step far enough forward that as you bend your back knee your front knee stays over your ankle, not in front of it. Stay balanced on the same leg as you step back to center, then step the working leg behind you, again bending and lowering the back knee and keeping the front knee over the ankle. Either step to center in between , or challenge yourself by drawing your knee way up and practice your balance! You can always rest your finger tips LIGHTLY on a wall or chair back for help with balance in the beginning.) *** Make it harder by adding weight and jumping higher – holding 5-10 pound weights on your shoulders as you jump and either on the shoulders or just down by your sides with long arms as you lunge will up the ante!
